Returns and Exchanges

Every Cascata Designs product is created for you, our customers.  With that in mind, we understand that there may be an occasion where you need to return, or exchange your purchase.

Return requests must be made within 21 days of purchase.  Returns must be in the Cascata Designs pouch, in original condition with the tag attached and have no signs of wear or alteration.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

All refund requests will be reviewed and if appropriate, completed within 48 hours of receipt.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.  If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method.  Credits appear on your account based on your bank or credit card company's processing time.
